Mashup Math is committed to protecting its intellectual property rights and ensuring that its resources are used in a manner that is consistent with its mission to provide high-quality educational materials to students and teachers around the world. Scope of Use:
All Mashup Math resources, whether free or paid, are intended solely for the purposes of Personal Instruction and Presentation, which include classroom instruction or personal tutoring, and creation and use of instructional examples, classwork assignments, homework assignments, tests, and quizzes (“Approved Purposes”). “Personal Instruction and Presentation” means instruction rendered by a teacher to a student either in person or via direct communication methods including but not limited to email, telephone, and video or audio chat (e.g. Skype or Zoom).

Except as otherwise permitted by a Mashup Math representative, you shall not distribute, publicly display (including websites, social media pages, and other online distribution outlets), or otherwise make available any worksheets, puzzles, activities or other Mashup Math materials without the express permission of Mashup Math. Any unauthorized use or distribution of Mashup Math resources is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Permission:
If you wish to use Mashup Math resources for any purpose other than the Approved Purposes, you must obtain express written permission from Mashup Math. To request permission, please contact Mashup Math.
Mashup Math reserves the right to grant or deny permission in its sole discretion.
4. Attribution:

This attribution along with a direct web link to www.mashupmath.com (if applicable) should appear on all copies of the resource and any derivative works that you create based on the resource.
