Mashup Math Membership Refund Policy

All customers must agree to our terms of service and refund policy in order to create an account and sign up for a membership plan.

Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted once payment has been made and services rendered for any membership plan. However, the customer has the option to cancel the account at any time to prevent any future recurring payments.

Our refund policy:

  • We only offer one refund per customer.

  • We do not offer refunds for annual or bi-annual memberships after 30 days of charge.

  • We do not offer refunds for monthly memberships.

*Customers who cancel during the free trial period will never be charged and their payment information will not be stored or shared.

Considering the digital nature of Mashup Math items and the type of item preview that was available before purchase, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

  1. you have changed your mind about your membership plan;

  2. you purchased a membership plan by mistake; or

  3. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the membership plan

Your responsibility:

All membership customers are responsible for keeping track of their membership account renewal date and canceling their account in advance of the renewal date if they do not wish to renew.
